WEBOct 4, 2009 · I quit in the mid 90's but started up again about 3 years ago. Finished 64,65,67,70-73 in that time. I have 64-67,70-95,04-08 complete sets. Also recently completed an all PSA 1978 Topps set. Only about 50 cards from completing 68 set and 60 or so high numbers from completing 52 set. hammered Posts: 2,671 .

WEBAug 3, 2019 · All the signatures are real and are all inductees in the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Four of the drivers have passed away. They are Dale Earnhardt, David Pearson, Lee Petty and Herb Thomas. Of all the signatures, I would say Herb Thomas is probably the rarest. The rest of the drivers autographs are fairly common.

If it's a rather hard to find card (a 1914 Cracker Jack Matthewson for example) the percentage of the full value would be higher - maybe 20%.
