Launch Steam VR from the Virtual Desktop menu option in the Quest (left controller menu button). In Steam VR settings (in the headset in VR, not in Steam on the PC).

WEBApr 17, 2022 · I’ve noticed (on my third go at Shadow) Steam downloads are horribly throttled; I looked into this, and it’s clearly a disk issue, even on the main disk. My observation, the network outpaces the storage/its cache/its controller, causing everything to come to a crashing halt as soon as more data is downloaded than there’s room for.
