WEBJan 16, 2022 · My laptop is on Windows 10 Home 21H2 and it claims to be up to date with updates. I get the same Surface Keyboard not working message as others in Device Manager with Code 14. I've tried rolling back the driver to an earlier version but that did not help. The laptop has been rebooted multiple time. Looking forward to a solution.
