This cosy cottage is located in the hilltop town of Chulmleigh... which is more like a village with great amenities including a convenience store, a butcher's shop, a baker's shop (selling the most amazing bread and cakes!!), a couple of pubs and a tea shop. Chulmleigh is situated in North Devon between Exmoor and Dartmoor with easy access to the coast and some wonderful beaches. The cottage is over 250 years old and overlooks the church. It is detached and has a private secluded safe courtyard both at the front and the back of the cottage. There are two double bedrooms and a small single bedroom, a kitchen/dining area and a cosy living room with a wood burner for those cold days! The bathroom upstairs has a shower within the bath and downstairs is a W.C. All towels and bedding are provided. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Small dogs are welcome but we just ask that they don't go upstairs.
