Amazing views of the rock formations with the beautiful blue Indian Ocean as a backdrop. If know what you are looking for there are dinosaur prints to be found at low tide. Best of all it is free. Full review by Paul S

We couldn’t walk down to the footprints ourselves at Gantheaume point as the tides were too high. You can see them at very low tide. However we did a tour with the Hovercraft company and that included a trip down the creek and onto some footprints. We only saw the sauropods but it was a great afternoon. You do need reef/aqua shoes if you want to do that tour, take some with you or they sell them for $30. Hope that helps a bit. At Gantheaume point you can clamper over the rocks fairly easily with sturdy shoes ( not thongs) I have shocking knees and I was ok.
Q:
where is the fish and chip van
A:
There is none.
