I’m not sure of the company name, but it was through the Mosaic Museum near the Jekyll Club Resort!

Yes. They have sidewalks that are great for getting around all the historic bldgs. Not sure if the carriage would be accessible, it was hard for us to get in those.

yes many places to rent. Many of the hotels on island will rent you bikes for a reasonable price
