Snorkeling can be a strenuous activity even for strong swimmers. That being said, if you are comfortable entering water that is over 6' in depth while using a mandatory floatation device than you are welcome to join the excursion at your own discretion. Please make staff and crew aware that you cannot swim and follow all safety instructions when on the catamaran.
We will be traveling with 3 adults and two children, 7 (nearly 8) & 3 (nearly 4). The 7 year old is a great swimmer and plans to snorkel. One adult obviously plans to stay on the boat with one of the adults. Is there an age restriction? Can the 7 year old bring his own gear?
