No. Every weekend all of the leeward coast beaches are well populated by local families enjoying bbq’s etc. and there would be a riot if someone said that a permit was required. …
No. Every weekend all of the leeward coast beaches are well populated by local families enjoying bbq’s etc. and there would be a riot if someone said that a permit was required. Respect the locals and they will respect you and you’ll have a great time!
