The latest recall serves as potentially the second largest in 2025. The largest came on May 9 in which 17 Ford and Lincoln models encompassing potentially 1.1 million vehicles were recalled due to rearview camera malfunctions that increased the risk of crashing, according to the NHTSA.
Ford issued its second recall in as many weeks after recalling more than 850,000 vehicles across the country due to a low-pressure fuel pump that can fail, potentially causing the engine to stall.
