Gasparilla Music Festival postponed due to 'ongoing financial strains'
The Gasparilla Music Festival that was scheduled for February has been postponed, organizers said in a social media post on Thursday.

Gasparilla Music Festival won’t be coming back to Tampa next month. The annual tradition was set to take over Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park on Feb. 14, 15 and 16. Instead, organizers took to Instagram on Thursday afternoon to announce a postponement.
Gasparilla Music Festival postponed due to ‘financial strain;’ ticket refunds underway
Thursday, the Gasparilla Music Foundation announced that it would be postponing the event, originally slated to begin on Valentine’s Day, because of “the ongoing financial strain caused by two consecutive years of extreme weather conditions that were beyond [their] control.”
