Greek officials say the broad-daylight attack came one day after a custody hearing over the victim's 10-year-old twins.

ATHENS, Greece -- Five suspects implicated in the killing of a University of California, Berkeley professor appeared in court in Athens on Thursday, including his ex-wife, who has denied all charges.

The ex-wife of University of California, Berkeley professor Przemyslaw Jeziorski, who was gunned down in broad daylight in Greece earlier this month, has been arrested.
