International Atomic Energy Agency chief Rafael Grossi on Thursday said “concrete, tangible, visible results” were needed in the dispute over Iran's nuclear programme to avoid a war, after he met top leaders in Tehran for talks on reviving a deal.

The IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi will travel to Tehran this week. He plans to meet with the Iranian government, according to the IAEA website. Grossi plans to hold high-level meetings with the Iranian government and hold technical discussions on all aspects related to the Joint Statement agreed with Iran in March 2023.
