With the last rebrand, you had to hunt down a whole new app to install. This time, the change is slipping in almost unnoticed.

As of Wednesday, HBO Max is no longer Max and is back to being HBO Max, just on the Max platform. We know, it’s confusing. Either way, it appears that X (fka Twitter) is not playing ball with all of this back and forth — or at any rate, it has not played ball yet .

Max is once again HBO Max. Now that the name change is official, check out the serious selection of shows and movies from all of its partner networks, including HBO, Discovery, Food Network, and more.
