Black Ops 6’s upcoming Tomb map has sparked debate within the CoD Zombies community, and the entire situation feels reminiscent of Liberty Falls.

Soon players will enter the tight corridors of The Tomb's catacombs, fighting the undead and questing for the Sentinel Artifact.

The headline Zombies addition in Season 2 is a brand new map called The Tomb. “Following the events at Citadelle des Morts, Weaver, Maya, Carver, and Grey must take the amulet secured at the Citadel to a cursed dig site and the ancient catacombs within,” according to Activision.

Black Ops 6's Zombies experiences are about to get heaps bigger with the introduction of The Tomb, the latest map bringing a new perk, GobbleGums and wonder weapon.

Overall, Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Season 2 brings a new Zombies map called “The Tomb”. With it comes a new Enemy type, weapon, and player-controlled hazard to help you fight the undead. Furthermore, this map continues the story seen on Citadelle Des Mortes, if you're interested in the lore of CoD Zombies.

The Tomb map will release at exactly the same time as the rest of the CoD BO6 Season 2 update. That will be Tuesday 28th January 2025, so we're only one day away! In the UK, it will release at 5pm GMT.
