Dairy Queen is giving ice cream enthusiasts an extra special (and sweet) way to celebrate Valentine's Day this year. Known for its delicious soft serve and frozen Blizzard treats, this iconic fast food chain is adding two beloved red velvet items back to the menu on January 27th,

Dairy Queen is bringing back two red velvet frozen treats for the holiday. Beginning Jan. 27, the fast food chain will add the Red Velvet Cake Blizzard Treat and the Red Velvet Blizzard Cupid Cake to the menu nationwide.

“Please bring this back soon! It was the best thing I ever had,” one customer wrote on Instagram. No need to worry; the Red Velvet Cake Blizzard will return for the entire month of February, and it’s joined by its equally beloved counterpart, the Red Velvet Blizzard Cupid Cake.

Place the mixing bowl of the electric mixer in the freezer for 10 minutes. Remove and return to the mixer, then add all of the ice cream. On medium speed, mix the ice cream until it's smooth and combined but not too soft, about 1 minute. Add the Oreos and mix until Oreos are crushed and just combined, another minute.
