As Los Angeles prepares to rebuild after the devastating wildfire crisis this month, Flavor Flav is spearheading an important cause: supporting Black families who have been displaced in the disaster.

In the wake of the Los Angeles wildfires, Flavor Flav is using his influence and platform to assist those impacted with the launch of a fundraiser. On Monday (Jan. 20), the Public Enemy member announced the new initiative, created in partnership with GoFundMe and the Black Music Action Coalition, on social media.

Flavor Flav has launched a fundraiser to help Black families affected by the Los Angeles wildfires. The 65-year-old rapper is partnering up with GoFundMe and the Black Music Action Coalition to offer support to those displaced by the fires in Palisades and Eaton.

Flava Flav showed his support for Leighton Meester after she lost her home in the L.A. wildfires by promoting her music on social media
