BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBAY) - Buffalo Bills safety Micah Hyde, who got his start with the Green Bay Packers, is retiring from playing professional football after 12 seasons. While news of Hyde’s impending retirement spread last week, the NFL made the official announcement on X late Tuesday morning.

Feb. 4 (UPI) -- Buffalo Bills safety Micah Hyde will retire from the NFL after 11 seasons, he announced Tuesday on Instagram. "So much love and way too many thanks," Hyde wrote on the social media platform. "From Fostoria [Ohio] to Iowa City to Green Bay to Buffalo, the goal was to leave an impact.
