MLB signs helmet sponsorship with Strauss ahead of playoffs
Major League Baseball (MLB) has announced a partnership with German workwear company Engelbert Strauss, which includes branding on batting helmets. The partnership marks Strauss’ first league-wide deal in the US. It is also the first time a brand logo will adorn MLB and MiLB batting helmets league-wide in the States.
MLB team helmets to feature ads during postseason through 2027
MLB has reached a multi-year deal to place the name and logo of German apparel company Strauss on postseason helmets through the 2027 season. The ads will be 5-by-0.92 inches and will be located on both sides of every helmet.

Ads of 5-by-0.92 inches (12.7-by-2.3 centimeters) will be on each side of every helmet featuring “STRAUSS” in capital letters in white alongside the company's ostrich logo silhouetted by a red square, with an alternate color for red helmets. Strauss also will appear on the helmets of the 120 affiliated minor league teams from 2025-27.
