EASTHAM — The National Transportation Safety Board has said there was “substantial” damage to the plane that made an emergency landing at Nauset Light Beach in June.

One person has died following a mid-air collision between two small vintage planes in Lancaster, California, on Sunday afternoon. According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the incident occurred around 1 p.

The crash occurred at about 12:50 p.m., according to a watch commander at the County Sheriff’s Department’s Lancaster station.
