Andrew Vaughn is back in the majors with the Milwaukee Brewers and making quite an early impression with his new team. Milwaukee promoted Vaughn from the minors when first baseman Rhys Hoskins was placed on the injured list Monday with a sprained left thumb.

Andrew Vaughn made things happen in just his first at-bat for the Brewers during Monday night's game against the Dodgers.

The Brewers are hoping Rhys Hoskins can avoid the injured list but expect him to be out at least "a few days" after he injured his thumb while tagging a runner out Saturday against the Marlins.
