Entering the fourth quarter of Wednesday's College Football Playoff quarterfinal showdown between No. 4 seed Arizona State and fifth-seeded Texas, the Sun Devils entered the fourth quarter down 24-8 without much hope of a comeback.

Arizona State has relied heavily on star running back Cam Skattebo, who helped lead the team to a Big 12 Championship after a 3-9 finish in 2023. With top wide receiver Jordyn Tyson sidelined, the Sun Devils would need a huge performance from Skattebo, who finished fifth in Heisman Trophy voting, to have a shot against Texas.

And yet, in the opinion of NFL draft expert Dane Brugler of The Athletic, Skattebo isn't even a lock to get picked in the top-100 of the upcoming draft, to the point where he might just end up being a fourth-round pick if things break his way.
