The festival's new rules prohibits "voluminous outfits, in particular those with a large train, that hinder the proper flow of traffic of guests

As celebrities descended on the Cannes Film Festival that's scheduled to begin Tuesday and run through May 24, organizers updated the dress code to say that "For decency reasons, nudity is prohibited on the red carpet, as well as in any other area of the festival."
