Minnesota Vikings standout rookie kicker Will Reichard is reportedly headed to injured reserve after missing two kicks in Sunday's win over the Indianapolis Colts. The team is signing a familiar face to replace him.

The Minnesota Vikings have signed John Parker Romo to fill in for Will Reichard. He was with the team this summer.

Special teams coordinator Matt Daniels said that he first learned of Reichard's injury after the kicker's first extra-point attempt on Sunday night and called both players' injuries a big loss for the team.
