The main event of UFC Seattle saw former two-division titleholder Henry Cejudo square off with top bantamweight contender Song Yadong.

The UFC is in Seattle, WA tonight (February 22) for a UFC Fight Night event headlined by a pair of top-ranked bantamweights.

UFC Seattle is set to take place this Saturday (February 22), and today 24 fighters will step on the scale to weigh-in for the event.

The UFC flees to the northernmost major city in the United States this Saturday for a card in Seattle. The card has lost a few fights due to injury, as Dominick Cruz pulled out of his fight with Rob Font and also retired after suffering a shoulder injury in training camp.

All 24 fighters across the 12 scheduled bouts successfully made weight, ensuring the card remains intact, with headliners Cejudo and Song ready to go.

Song Yadong returned to the win column at UFC Seattle, but not how he hoped. After two-and-a-half rounds of back-and-forth action, China's Song landed an grisly eye poke to fellow headliner Henry Cejudo that halted the action for the entire five-minute recovery period Cejudo was allotted.

Song poked Cejudo in the eye midway through Round 3. Even though he utilized all five minutes allotted to him for the foul, Cejudo elected to continue the fight. It was when he got back to his corner that he openly complained to his cornermen and the commission about the damage to his eye.
