It's still too soon for an official forecast, but some experts are warning there's a chance the storm could take aim at Florida.

Hurricane Rafael made landfall in western Cuba Wednesday afternoon after it became a Category 3 hurricane earlier in the day.

"Rafael is forecast to become a hurricane in the northwestern Caribbean," the NHC said. "With further strengthening before it makes landfall in Cuba." ...
