The Marine Corps School of Artillery held a Change of Command Ceremony at Fort Sill’s Old Post Quadrangle today.

U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Gen. William H. Seely III will be the next commandant of the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets, the university announced.
