Xander Schauffele, the second-ranked player in the world, has given a date for when he expects to return to the PGA Tour.

PGA Tour season is in full swing, with the Genesis Invitational being held at Torrey Pines this week amid the Los Angeles Wildfires. Most of the best players on Tour are in the field, but there has been one glaring omission: Xander Schauffele.

World No. 2 Xander Schauffele, sidelined most of this season because of a rib injury, told Golfweek that he's targeting a return at the Arnold Palmer Invitational next month.
