Catherine, Princess of Wales has been spotted out and about in public for the first time since completing her chemotherapy treatment. In images obtained by The Sun newspaper the 42-year-old royal was pictured arriving via car at a service at Crathie Kirk Church near the royal family's Balmoral residence in Scotland on a Sunday.

In a video message, Catherine said she would return to more of her duties, a positive development, but many questions remain about her condition and treatment.
