InfoWars is about to get a new owner. A Texas judge on Tuesday approved the liquidation of Alex Jones' assets — including Free Speech Systems, the parent company of InfoWars — in order for Jones to pay the $1.

A federal bankruptcy judge has ruled that a plan to sell off the assets of Jones' media company, Free Speech Systems, can move ahead. Net proceeds will go to the Sandy Hook families who Jones defamed.
