The recall by Walmart covers “Ozark Trail 64 oz Stainless Steel Insulated Water Bottles” which have been sold at Walmart’s stores across the US since 2017.

The lids on the 64-ounce stainless steel bottles can eject and strike consumers, two of whom reported permanent vision loss as a result, safety regulators said.

The CPSC and Walmart have issued a voluntary recall notice for consumers to get a full refund and stop using or return the Ozark Trail water bottle immediately.
