Mosquitoes are testing positive for the West Nile virus in Louisville's Highlands and Tyler Park neighborhoods.

A Louisville neighborhood will be fogged for mosquitoes this week after mosquitos infected with West Nile Virus were found. The health department will be conducting mosquito control in the Tyler Park neighborhood and surrounding areas,

Mosquito fogging, a preventative measure to decrease infection and the bug’s population, will take place later this week after West Nile was detected in bugs in a surveillance trap.
