Death investigation underway
A 65-year-old man was found dead outside a vehicle in the frigid cold early Tuesday morning in Ipswich. At around 4:30 a.m. on Jan. 21, a report of an unresponsive person on the ground outside a vehicle near 33 Caroline Ave. came into the Ipswich Police Department, according to the Essex County District Attorney’s Office.
