Blue Origin, founded by billionaire Jeff Bezos, is counting on launch vehicles like New Glenn as it pursues commercial and military space contracts.

According to the Blue Origin website, the engines of the Blue Origin New Glenn reusable rocket were made in Kent, Wash. and Huntsville, Ala. The engines are the BE-3PM, BE-3U, BE-4 and BE-7. Each rocket has a different function:

New Glenn is capable of carrying 50 tons (45 metric tons) of payload to low Earth orbit (LEO). SpaceX's Falcon Heavy rocket, which also features reusable first stage boosters, can lift around 70 tons (64 metric tons) to LEO.
