A series of atmospheric rivers are prompting the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation to increase water releases for flood control in Northern California.
On Thursday at 6:13 p.m. a flood advisory was issued by the NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA in effect until 10 p.m. The advisory is for Los Angeles as well as Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
