4-month-old kangaroo wrangled after hopping away from Florida home

HERNANDO COUNTY, Fla. – A pet kangaroo led law enforcement on a chase this week after escaping his Florida home near an elementary school. Deputies with the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday searched for the 4-month-old kangaroo, which was wearing a diaper and blue harness, for less than an hour before it was located.
