Ace Bailey may not have been fully prepared to start his NBA journey with the Utah Jazz, but after being selected No. 5 overall, the rookie wasted no time proving his dedication. He was so eager to get to work that he began training at the team facility before even unpacking his luggage.

SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah Jazz defeated the Memphis Grizzlies, 112-111, at Jon M. Huntsman Center in the 2025 Salt Lake City Summer League on Monday.

Ace Bailey, at least so far, seems to be fitting in just fine in Salt Lake City. Bailey dropped 18 points and had seven rebounds and three assists in the Utah Jazz’s 112-111 win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday night in the Utah Summer League. He even threw down a huge lob after a perfect assist from Isaiah Collier in the second quarter.
