Former Hudson Catholic All American guard Tahaad Pettiford was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol Friday night, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Department in Alabama.

Tahaad Pettiford recently withdrew from NBA draft. A few weeks later, he was taken into custody on a DUI charge in Alabama. The basketball star was released on Saturday.

Davis was convicted of capital murder by a Tuscaloosa jury in May 2025 after a five-day trial and was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. If Miles is convicted, he faces the same sentence, since the state is not pursuing the death penalty.
