A Chicago Police officer was uninjured after two people opened fire at the officer Wednesday evening in Englewood, according to police. The officer was driving an unmarked squad car east in the 300 block of West 60th Street when they passed a vacant lot where two people opened fire, Chicago police said.

Police said the officer was driving in an unmarked car in the 300 block of West 60th Street, when the officer passed three people in a vacant lot, and two of them pulled out guns and started shooting.
