The advisory was in place for Western Chester, Eastern Chester, Western Montgomery, Eastern Montgomery, Upper Bucks and Lower Bucks as well as Delaware and Philadelphia counties.

The Valley will see both a heat advisory and a red flag warning this week, according to the National Weather Service.
