A water main break that happened Monday evening in Arlington is affecting around 50 customers. The Arlington Department of Environmental Services said crews are making emergency repairs to a 6-inch water main located at 5900 Washington Blvd.

YPSILANTI, MI - An Ypsilanti street is closed after a water main broke, city officials said Monday morning. North Huron River Drive from Forest Avenue to Lowell Street is closed while repairs are underway, the city said in a Jan. 27 social media alert.

PennDOT says North Market Street is closed in both directions between East 13th Street and East 14th Street due to a water main break. A detour is in place, PennDOT says they expect the road to be closed for several hours.

The boil water advisory for Marietta has been lifted as of Sunday morning, according to officials. Marietta Water issued a boil water advisory on Friday after a water main break occurred in the area around Lawrence Street and Covington Avenue. Water samples were sent for testing and the water is now safe to drink.

Once service is restored, customers who have lost water service should allow water to run through a sink or tub faucet until it is clear. In case of a water emergency, residents should also immediately report any suspected water main break by calling 311 in Baltimore City or 443-263-2220 in Baltimore County.
