Doc does give Marty several warnings (such as not interfering with the past, not divulging too much information about the future, etc); but no specific year is mentioned as a warning ever.

May 6, 2013 · I just watched the first movie of the trilogy (Back to the Future), and now I wondered, why does the Clock Tower still not work in 2015? From what I understand, in 1955 Doc and Marty pretty much built a lightning rod, so the clock should not be halted at the 10.04pm. Is this explained at any point?

Back to the Future does not seem to operate on a "stable time loop" theory, which is the idea that changes made to the past will always have happened, so the events in the future must lead up to it. The simplest way to see this is the name of the shopping mall.

A little more context: At the very end of part one, doc goes back to Marty to tell him about his son which is going to jail in the future and they need to stop that to happen. He is really in a hurry, but c'mon, you can wait a couple of days in the present then go back to the future at the very same moment he intended to go in first instance.

The server angrily asks him "if he's going to order something", to which Marty asks for a "Pepsi free" and the server replies "If you wanna Pepsi, you're gonna pay for it."
