Dec 2, 2024 · Often the TV link on the smart TV won't be visible, sometimes it is there but wont work. After sever tries with on and off with both remotes it will go back to TV. We have tried all the tv trouble shooting, re-started the cable box, changed the batteries in both remotes and more.

Our understanding is that X1 is not truly compatible with an SD TV. If we're forced to update to X1 in order to keep On-Demand, we'll either have to replace the SD TV or ditch it.
